It is a Blu-Ray, Rental (netflix) USA, Message I get: error 'Scsi error"- medium error:L-EC- uncorrectable error" occurred while reading"/BDMV/STREAM/00001.M2bs"at offset'3514626048"

Rental disks are often very dirty and scratched. When I had a Netflix disk subscription, I often had to clean/wax disks to get them to play.

Of course, I also received some that were broken...

Just because the disc looks clean and not scratched does not mean that there isn't some kind of mastering error that prevents a good rip. I've had this happen often enough. Replace the disc.
