Failure to write Title on unencrypted disc

Hello, I have been trying to retrieve home video from "blu ray" discs but I am getting multiple failures of specific tracks. I was using a panasonic camera which burnt the hidef video onto DVDs in a blu ray format. They will play in several bluray players but the same tracks consistently fail when I try to extract them.

I tried copying it with Toast to see if it found / corrected the error but the same tracks will not write.

Any suggestions?

If it is unencrypted, you SHOULD be able to copy the files directly off the disk, and play it with a number of different players. If something like VLC recognizes the files after copying them, you don't really need MakeMKV for this job.
