Highschool of the Dead UK Disc 2 not opening

I am getting this error trying to backup Highschool of the Dead disc 2 (Brand new - opened and put in the drive without any obstacles) http://i.imgur.com/EmaCB9u.png
It ripped with no issues in DVDFab so it is not a drive and / or disc error (disk is spotless and drive has never had a problem before).

The large number of SCSI read errors are crom the operating system - the drive cannot read parts of the disk. Unfortunately, there isn't much MakeMKV can do in such circumstances.

If the disk is new, you should consider returning it for exchange, but I would try cleaning it first.
