Suddenly MakeMKW refuses to open, can someone help, please

I downloaded&installed the program today and converted one DVD to .mkv and the file works fine.

Then I shut down the program, and now I cant start it again.

I get this fail-info-box:

Whats happening here? Why did the program suddenly just stop working?
