"The volume key is unknown for this disc" - playback issue

I receive the error "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted" if I try to open the BluRay disc of the German version of the movie "Divergent".

I can't test other discs because this is my first BluRay ever and it just released today in my country.

Maybe the new key just needs to be added to the database, however I'd like to make sure it's not a problem on my end, so this is my debugging log:

So might it be a problem with my setup or is the disc really unknown?

When you did the rip, there was a link to click on to report the AACS information to Mike. That was the line that started with:

This disc uses newer version of AACS protection. Please let us know about it by visiting ...

If you did not click on it at the time, there should be a file saved in your MakeMKV data directory with a name like "MKB_v48_(disk name).tgz", which you can email to svq@makemkv.com, to help Mike get an update out.
