Volume Key is unknown

I Am trying to rip my BLu Ray of Harry Potter #'s 2 and 3 (Already successfully ripped the first one) and I am getting the message:

Opening files on harddrive at /Volumes/HARRYPOTTER3
Evaluation version, 29 day(s) out of 30 remaining volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

I get a lot of other issues but I Am trying to not ask stupid things and try to find answers myself but I am having no luck with this one. Can anyone help? Thanks so much

Only hope of an answer is to enable debugging and post your log... Link in my signature on how to do that.

Thank you, Woodstock, but after I posted I found another thread that contained information that helped me fix the problem.
