All drives are Factory NEW (unless otherwise specified) and were opened once solely for flashing and testing just prior to listing.

Returns: Because of the nature of optical drives and the fact that firmware has been modified from original, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. All sales are final.

In case of warranty these drives can be flashed back to UD03 1.14 firmware. However, I don't know if Verbatim has a saftey stock of those if warranty applies. They should have.
