Arcane 1080p Blu-ray not loading in make mkv

Hello, I have the 1080 box set of arcane season one and two. I can't get the disks to load on make mkv and when they try and mount there is a grinding noise coming from the drive. I have watched the blurays already and they are clean and played with no problem on my xbox. On my computer it doesn't get to the point where I see any type of error either when make mkv is trying to initialize the disk.

I'm using a LG wp50nb40 flashed to bp60nb10 which has ripped many of my 1080 and 4k movies so far with no issues.

Any idea of how to fix this or what I should do? Here is a video of the sound when make mkv is trying to load up the drive.

A significant percentage of the new discs I buy need to be cleaned before my optical drive will properly read it. I use plenty of warm water and liquid dish soap. Be sure the disc is dry before it goes back into your optical drive.

Also, you can let the OS 'see' the disc before you launch MakeMKV.
