Sadly doesn't seem to be in keydb.cfg either (I get [MakeMKV SUPPORTED]: FALSE in KeyDB Helper)

Sorry, I should have mentioned also that I only have Pioneer drives, so I think that means I can't submit it for KeyDB either, unfortunately.
Dump file is here if anyone wants to have a crack

Hey gibbon, the 3F4A variant of Jurassic World Rebirth has been added to the public keydb. You were lucky as a user with an LG BH16NS55 was able to provide a suitable disc dump.

You are correct that your S12U cannot be used to generate an entirely new record for the keydb. But disc dumps created with your drive can be used to create a new record if and only if the corresponding media key is already in the keydb. This can occur due to media key reuse between different regions or retail variants.
Public KeyDB Disc Submissions
  • LG/Buffalo/Asus drives only (Pioneer drives are not supported)
  • Please use file hosts, not forum attachments
  • If your disc dump is under 3MB, you need to manually include the MKB_RO.inf file from the AACS folder
