UHD Blu ray drive recommendations in US

Hi, I am new to the forums. I would like recommendations for a UHD drive to buy to rip my dvd/blu ray/UHD blu ray collection to my pc. I live in USA and would like one that is the easiest to work with all 3 of these formats. I'm not sure how to flash a drive but I could probably figure it out with some help. Thanks.
