I seem to have a different opening screen

I have successfully managed to copy a 3D BluRay disc but it is not in 3D. I have followed lots of very good advice here, and thought that I had found the solution. However, the opening screen that I have , does not fit the one described here, so I cannot access what seems to be the 3D "on"switch.
At least it did copy the disc. I came here after days trying to get DVDFab's "HD decrypter" to work.If I can get this one going, I'm a paying customer!

Did you select the MVC track as well during ripping?

Did you see this thread? I have been able to work with 3d movies following the same thing I did in this thread.
