1.6.5 SLOOOOW, worse than 1.6.4

1.6.5 seems worse than 1.6.4, very, very slow

OSX 10.6.6 on 2010 mac mini

Between 1.6.4 and 1.6.5 there were no changes in MakeMKV core whatsoever, only GUI changes.

Drive is ok, I uninstalled the daspi driver and it works fine, I went back to 1.6.3

It's confirmed to be a likely problem with DASPI. Is 1.6.5 similar in speed to 1.6.3 when DASPI is uninstalled?
