[Feature Request] Create by segments / chapters

The Supernatural Blu-Ray discs contain 6 episodes in one file:

As you can see the amount of segments fits the amounts of episodes. If MakeMKV would contain an option to create multiple MKV files by segments it will save the additional step to split afterwards. Alternatively or in addition it would be nice to create multiple MKV Files by chapters as it would produce the same result (after checking the Blu-Ray with a player).
