MakeMKV version is (~) irrelevant.

SOP is to email /Users/jkl/Library/MakeMKV/MKB20_v66_Fantastic_Beasts-_The_Crimes_of_Grindelwald_516F.tgz to svq@makemkv.com & wait for Mike to add the key. You'll know it's available when the disc successfully decrypts.

Having the same issue with the Steelbook from Best Buy. Brand new ASUS BW-16D1HT with the 3.02 firmware. Sent in the dump just now.

First time forum poster here, been using MakeMKV for about 8 months now but new to UHD.... the Best Buy version of this disk is working now. We just tried a moment ago. Instead of just creating a dump file, we also got the below messages on MakeMKV. Two questions: Can someone please tell me if the red highlighted part means that the Hashed Keys will automatically download going forward... or do I still need to monitor the Hashed Keys thread and download manually? Also, what does the blue highlighted part mean in regards to downloading the latest SDF... couldn't figure out what that was? I am finding conflicting information in the forums, but then I see that some of those threads are nearly a year old. I want to make sure that the "just keep trying the disc" method is what's recommended after emailing in any dump files. I think the last revision date on the Hashed Keys is early 2018. Thank you in advance. This has been incredible for us with all the help in the forums.

Can't comment on HK/SDF but I can say that the developer added support to automatically download keys some time ago so yes, it will download automatically. The default option is to do it. The option is in preferences.

Also, can confirm, able to extract the contents of my disc as well.

My copy is now ripping fine. It does use libredrive mode to rip it

I just ripped The Predator 4K UHD fine, no problems.

Then tried this Fantastic beasts Crimes regular Blu-ray and keep getting this, try like 10 times now...
