Bourne Supremacy UHD can't be decrypted

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum and was looking for some help ripping The Bourne Supremacy 4K UHD (US/CAN). I've been having good luck up until this disc. I have the hashed keys text file in my "C:\Users\%USERNAME%\.MakeMKV" folder. From what I can see in the file, I have the same disc name as one listed in there (BOURNESUPREMACYUHD_UPK1), but I'm not sure if that matters.

My error is as follows:

Saved AACS dump file as C:\Users\%USERNAME%/.MakeMKV/MKB20_v61_The_Bourne_Supremacy_DE61.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted

Is it possible the program isn't reading the text file properly? Is there someone that can provide a decrypt key if I send them this file?

I have about 50 more 4K BDs to rip, so I'm guessing this might happen again, and hopefully I can help the community with some keys that may not already be available.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Ok, thanks for the links.

I've submitted my dump. Are the keys updated only when MakeMKV is updated to a new version? Is there any way of knowing when the hashed keys database has been updated?

When you insert a disc and attempt to read it with MakeMKV it will call out to the online database Mike has created. If the key exists it will download it and allow decryption. If not, you’ll get the error discussed here. So, make sure you allow the app to connect to the internet if you have a firewall.

Mike currently does NOT make announcements when the online database is updated.
