Rip it and you'll see what I mean. Discs can be full of those sometimes (especially on region-free discs or multi-language discs where they have to account for many regions/languages). You can play with the minimum duration preference to try to weed some of those out of the list of titles that MakeMKV presents for ripping. Just don't set it too high if you're interested in special features, because some things - like director's intros or trailers or TV spots - can be quite short.
