7.1 DTS AND 5.1DTS HD and 5.1DTS DEHT sound not supported?

I tried to convert Blue Ray Discs Ice Age 3, The Lion King and The Lion King 2. It get mkv files, but not all audio tracks from the original Blue Ray Disc are present. It seems that tracks having 7.1. DTS HD, 5.1.DTS HD and 5.1 DTS DEHT are missing. Does someone know how to deal with this problem?

How are you determining what tracks are present? There is a popular program out there for looking at what is in media files that has a long-standing bug where it reports any track layout above 5.1 as being 5.1.
