ISO conversion skipping titles

Trying to extract MKV files from Nicholas Nickleby DVD ISO files, but perhaps because several of the chapters are of almost identical length, chapters are being skipped with log messages like: "Title 2 in VTS 2 is equal to title 1 and was skipped" and no way to manually force them to be added. Running Win 7, using latest MakeMKV version 1.9.5. Suggestions?

Not sure if it works with ISOs, though, since it was intended for DVDs.
