MakeMKV pauses saving when screen locked

Hi there,

Since upgrading to Yosemite I've noticed a new "feature" when saving blu-rays with MakeMKV.

If I start a rip and then switch the screen over to the login screen (to lock the screen while I sleep) when I log back in in the morning MakeMKV has only progressed a small amount (basically is in the same place as when I left it the previous night) and then it proceeds to carry on like nothing happened.

It's not a power saving thing as uTorrent quite happily runs all night .. any ideas ?
