Registration key failures

New to the forum, but not to MKV. Happy user for some time. My trial period expired and I purchased a registration key. Unfortunately, the key will not activate. Also unusual is the program will not allow me to paste the copied key into the registration window. I've entered it manually several times (not fun) and still no luck. Anyone else had these issues?? Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Love the program!

Copy/Paste works fine with me (win 8.1 x64).

There's something screwy with you textbox maybe...

OK, some wierd Chrome issue perhaps.... pasted to Word doc, copied from doc, pasted to text box, done. wierd. thanks for the help
