How about if makemkv recorded anonymously track selections users have made, perhaps with some comment (eg english language on-screen text) which other users could then vote on? (upvote/downvote)
It may help selection when there are multiple non-obvious tracks?
Just an idea if there isn't a programmatic way to discover and recommend the right tracks...
