Is it possible configure settings.conf (or any other file) so that makemkv automatically rips DTSHDMA from each blu-ray?

If you have enabled Expert mode, in the Advanced tab, you can change the default selection rule.

I use:

-sel:all,+sel:(favlang|nolang),-sel:(havemulti|havecore),-sel:mvcvideo,=100:all,-10:favlang

This selects pretty much EVERY audio track on the disk in my favorite languages. They can be sorted out later.
