I recently rented the new Arnold Schwarzenegger film The Last Stand from Redbox and loved it soooooooo much that I decided to purchase the movie from Redbox and keep the disc.
However, woe is me, when I went to make my legal copy of my purchased blu ray, I couldn't figure out which mlps file was the correct playlist to rip as there are so many. Anyone know which playlist to rip? Thanks.
The Last Stand blu ray: Which playlist?
Re: The Last Stand blu ray: Which playlist?
According to another software I checked out, they believe it's 603. Guess I'll find out.

Just ripped 603 and while I haven't watched it beginning to end, a quick scrub through with vlc seems to be good.

Re: The Last Stand blu ray: Which playlist?
Has anyone confirmed that 603 is the right one? If so, I don't have an mlps 603 on my disc, could someone tell me the exact duration (hours:minutes:seconds) of their 603 so I can cross reference and match them to my disc? Thanks!

603 = 1:47:13
plays just fine

Re: The Last Stand blu ray: Which playlist?
Hi, I'm new here.
I'm looking at the same situation as OP, and I was just wondering if anyone can tell me the difference between all of these "titles" that MakeMKV has identified on the disk. Most are around 19gb with a running time between 1:41:53 and 1:48:17 (there's around 70-80 in total). They also alternate between 16 and 17 chapters. But after making a legal copy of several different ones, they all seem to play exactly the same? I probably haven't done the proper research on this issue (and I apologize) but was wondering if anyone could enlighten me please? I thank you for your time.

The might have the same run times, but the chapters in the playlist might be out of order, or some playlists might be missing a chapter or two. Overall it's a scheme by the studios to screw the consumer.
Disney mostly does multiple playlists for international/language reasons.

Re: The Last Stand blu ray: Which playlist?
Thought I'd update an old post about this Lionsgate film.
For the Canadian release that comes in a four pack along with Snitch, Escape Plan and Riddick, the playlist that seems correct is 00797.mpls
Duration: 1:47:13
Segment map: 505,509,515,503,517,511,514,510,501,507,516,512,508,513,502
