yum install gcc gcc-c++ make automake kernel-devel
yum install openssl-devel
yum install expat-devel
yum install qt-devel
Then from each of the folders containing the unpacked downloaded rar files....
make -f makefile.linux
sudo make -f makefile.linux install
You should then have makemkv under programs > Sound and Video.
Hope it helps as I was struggling to get it working
