Expert mode file naming?

Is there any documentation of the file naming options when expert mode is enabled? All I see is a text box and no idea how to use it.

Presumably the metadata language option allows for some form of mask?

If you select individual title in tree, you can select a property "Output File Name" in right combobox and change it's value.

Is it possible to do this using makemkvcon or even get filename it's writing to?
