Go (1999) UHD mpls file

Hi guys

for the arrow release of "Go" (1999), i'm seeing 3 .mpls files that have the same runtime. 00004.mpls, 00025.mpls, and 00026.mpls. I'm assuming that 00004 is the correct one, but just wanted to be sure.
