[Request] Configurable and improved confirmation dialogs

MakeMKV have a number of built-in confirmations, e.g. before creating a directory, it will ask if that is OK and before overwriting a file, it will ask if that is OK.

I would like for the former to be configurable. With my setup, it is more normal that an output directory does not already exist and if it does, something is amiss. As such, I'd prefer the opposite functionality: create new directories silently, but ask for confirmation before using an existing directory (regardless of whether the output file names clash).

Furthermore, if I am about to rip four titles into a directory that already contains files for those names, I get four separate confirmation dialogs. It would be preferable with just one asking about all files about to be overwritten.

Apologies if these have already been requested and discussed elsewhere. I couldn't find any prior mention of such feature requests.
