Most titles showing up as Unknown

MakeMKV 1.6.15
Vortexbox 1.10

Most, if not all, of the DVDs I rip using MakeMKV on the Vortexbox are coming up as "Unknown". From A Christmas Story to Year One to Valentine's Day to X-Men Origins, all Unknown....

Any ideas? Here is my ripper.log from one...

Apparently this was resolved as non-MakeMKV related problem
