Ocean's trilogy Italian Steelbook

I have these errors trying to rip Ocean's Eleven trilogy (firts part) Italian Steelbook:

I tried to clean the disk, in 2 differents computers and differents hard disks.

Ocean's twelve is ripped without any issue...I have to try the third par.

Any idea?

suggest the drive was unable to correctly read a spot on the disc. Clean the disc.

suggest that the drive might not be getting enough power. If the drive is powered via USB make sure it is plugged into high powered USB ports.

I cleaned the disc and the drive is external but is powered by electricity, not by usb...anyway I plugged it in usb 3.0 and also tried in usb C port...the second disc (ocean's twelve) ripped at first attending

I am ripping now the third part, and only left 14 minutes to finish, and It looks there is no issue...when I opened the steelbook, the firts disc (ocean's eleven) it was loose inside the steelbook, so It's possible was scratched during transport.

Is it possible that the disc is crashed? As Amazon refund me the money without return the trilogy, I'll buy the firts part from other country version, and I will see if I have lucky
