Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:NO SEEK COMPLETE' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00146.m2ts' at offset '21148397568
Error 'Scsi error - HARDWARE ERROR:TRACK FOLLOWING ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00146.m2ts' at offset '21148397568'

Blu Ray is Coraline it is the non 3d disc but somehow there is what looks like a 3d movie that i successfully ripped but it will not do the regualr 2d movie....

Faulty disc or failing drive.
