Greetings,
Is there a way to create an ISO file with MakeMKV?
I understand that one can read bluray contents to folders, then use another program such as ImgBurn or AnyBurn to make an ISO, but I am getting errors when doing this, and would prefer if it were possible to do this as a single procedure.
I apologize if this has been asked before, but this forum search ignores necessary search terms such as "ISO": "The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words"
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Is there a way to create an ISO file with MakeMKV?

Re: Is there a way to create an ISO file with MakeMKV?
Can anyone recommend a better way to create ISO files than with AnyBurn or ImgBurn, as I have been getting errors trying to do this with data extracted by MakeMKV.
Thanks
Thanks

This should work with Imgburn. You need to tell us what "errors" you are experiencing.

Use .zip instead. Zip is easily created, mounted and modifiable in any OS, unlike UDF 2.5.
Do you really need a large .iso file? Using the files and directories on file systems like ZFS or SnapRAID or Btrfs(?) is advantageous with their recovery aspects. You can put a large .iso on these filesystems, but there can only be an increase in either time, CPU and/or RAM resources if recovery is needed.
