Download the latest
KEYDB.cfg file, copy it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restart MakeMKV?

Allowing people to examine your disk's TGZ dump file is likely to be a Good First Step
. Either as an attachment here, or uploading it into Google Drive or OneDrive and then replying with a link.
You should obviously email your dump file to
svq@makemkv.com as well, of course.
