What is the name of the dump files you submitted? Posting that info helps other people know if they should submit their dumps as well.

I thought I attached the files don't know where they went.

Attaching files doesn't work. Putting the file name in the message does, after you email the file to svq@makemkv.com for submission. It's actually the file name that us "normal people" need; Mike's the one that needs the .TGZ file.

Mine is ripping now--thanks to the MakeMKV team!

Struggling with this one which comes up as 'The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted' - AACS file attached.

Can anyone help with this please?

after submitting the dump, wait patiently. When the dump has been processed, MakeMKV will automagically download the key.

In my case, after sent email to svq@makemkv.com for my dump files, I got only 2 HashCheck Error.
Before sending TGZ dump files, I got 347 HashCheck Errors.. Almost 345 errors were reduced.
But Queen 4k uhd won't rip from now due to the 2 hashcheck error.
Is there any solution for this issue??

My ODD is BP60NB10(FW 1.02)
Makemkv 1.17.7

replace the disc
clean the drive laser
replace drive with a pioneer with old FW

I have already cleaned and replaced disc and other UHD discs have been ripping without error
Can I get pioneer ODD model name for Queen 4K ripping?

This is the error I am getting for this disc - have cleaned it etc. and submitted the file. This is the only disc I have had an error with for years!

The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

This just means that MakeMKV doesn't have the Volume Unique Key (VUK) for this disk yet. What are the file names for the .tgz dump files that MakeMKV has generated for you? Do they match the names of any of those dump files that other people in this thread have already emailed to svq@makemkv.com?

The only way to generate the VUKs you need is to analyse those dump files.
