About recovering DVD Videos.

If i extract all files from VIDEO_TS folder with Isobuster can I use Makemkv to read and recover that folder? I have this problem that sometimes when I recover video a white menu box appears on top of video when I use Handbrake to convert .VOB to .Mp4 .
