Cant rip a disc I own, Failed to open disc error.

Hello everyone,

I just did my first compile in my life on Linux. I didn't get dizzy, pass out, or fall over and the compile worked, MakeMKV is successfully installed on my Linux Mint 21.2 Victoria | Cinnamon box w/DVD drive. I have successfully turned one DVD into an .mkv, but the second disc I tried the program cannot open. I got the following error message:

Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading 'DVD+R-DL hp DVD A DH16AESH 3HH5 2M8332901614' at offset '887902208'

Title #1 (2:59:11) was skipped due to navigation error
Failed to open disc

I tried second time and got the exact same error at the exact same offset. What does this mean and is there any way to get past it to rip the DVD?
