Disney BDs aren't working for me

Hello, I want to rip my Disney BDs, but MakeMKV (Ver. 1.17.3) shows me an error anytime. My BD-drive is working correctly (other BDs form other companys are still working) and the BDs are also fine. What I have to do to success?

Status_Device_Error and Medium Error, but the BDs are still working correctly.

Logs would help a LOT here... because those errors can indicate that the disk is having issues during the initial read, or during subsequent reads. A status error or media error that occurs 90% through a read usually indicates a drive going too fast for the power available, for example. You could read disks just fine that don't speed up that far. And the errors would occur at different spots on the disk.

We REALLY have very little to go from here.

Disney does not employ any extra protection. If you were saying LionsGate that would be a different story.
