MakeMKV, Output Folder Not Remembered

Hi,
New user, Im sure im doing something wrong here or everone would be having the same issue?

If i set the default output folder in Prefs to D:/Video and restart, it defaults the folder to C:/Video? My disks kept disappearing and i thought i was losing my mind.
If i manually reset the output folder to D:/Video on the disc pacge, i then saved it to the D:/Video folder but without the disk name embedded into the directory like D:/Disk 1/Track 1. You just get D:/Video/Track 1, meaning when i go to scan in Disk 2 it would write over Track 1 as its going to write without the Disk 1 or Disk 2 in the directory struct.

any ideas?

I think lots of people try to at least get the names right inside MakeMKV before they rip. This avoids the situation you describe.
