need help with my BDR-S12UHT

this is a pioneer drive and I want to rip my 4k uhd blurays but i'm a total noob and have no idea how to flash it with dvrtool, help would be MUCH appreciated

Pioneer drives won't rip UHD disks at this point. So, if you want to do that, you need a drive from a different manufacturer.
