obsfucation backfiring?
I used anydvd to find the correct track for "Insurgent" (out of the hundreds available ). after I had finished making my mkv file I loaded the mkv file and the original bluray side by side so I could check the mkv scene by scene with the original movie. and sure enough, one of the scenes was out of order. however, it took me a few confused minutes to realize that the mkv wasn't out of order, the bluray was. yep, my bluray player on my computer was playing back the wrong track. if this starts to happen on a regular basis to people who rented or bought a bluray, I bet it would put an end to this obsfucation BS really quickly. this ever happen to anyone else?
Re: obsfucation backfiring?
Inconveniencing legitimate buyers is of no consequence.... It's to stop piracy!
(even though the pirates have it solved so quickly it isn't any trouble for them)
