Okay so I had posted a message a couple weeks ago about a quirky error with MakeMkv 1.9.7 Windows and the message is gone. Possibly related to the site being down.
At first I noticed the error when changing discs and forgetting to click OK to close the dialog before inserting the new disc.
Today I started the program, inserted a dvd disc and the error came up right away. It's like the drive or program was not quite ready when it began reading the disc or something.

Re: Quirky Error Issue
I see the same "ILLEGAL REQUEST" message from time to time, but, so long as it doesn't say the save failed, it is not an issue.

Re: Quirky Error Issue
Thanks Woodstock - yeah, I know some "errors" we see are purely diagnostic and nothing to worry about.
I just want to make sure this one won't bite me in the ass. If it were a BD the fear would be revoking the drive.
