DVD Streaming of long chapters (>2 hrs) timeline problems

Hello, I could not find any mention of this phenomenon on the forum: When streaming DVDs, extremely long chapters (titles over approx. 2 hrs 15 min all in one chunk) show up with a length of 0 min 59 sec on the client. Has anyone experienced this? I can still watch through the whole show, but forwarding/rewinding/jumping will lead to rather unpredictable results. I'm using MKV v1.9.5 running on Win8.1, and the client is a Samsung Android tablet (tried different clients: VLC, VLC Beta, Amp player...). Thanks for helping!
