DCADec

Post by marcusj0015 »

you should switch from using Arcsoft's DTSDecoderdll.dll, to DCADec an open source, lossless DTS-HD decoder.

it's available on github.com/foo86/dcadec

Sure looks intriguing. Seems a bit too new at this point maybe?

Yeah, it doesn't support downmixing, or sample rates above 96khz yet, but it's lossless with 5.1, 7.1 48khz, and 96khz content.

Thanks for pointing out, I've noticed the library as well. It is actually already being integrated, if everything goes well then mmdtsdec will be killed in the next version.
