I've run across some discs that will show 100 or more.
Some titles picked will show the movie which have scenes out of place and mixed up.
How do I determine which title is the real movie?

You might be able to use the audio tracks. Is there a director's commentary on the disk? If so, that might give you a clue. I know with the Finding Nemo DVD, the commentary runs through the version that branches to a bunch of behind-the-scenes edits, while the main movie lacks this audio track. It might be the other way around in your case. Other than that, you might just have to look at the final run times.
