Saggestions

1) make pls job-list - to ability prepare several jobs and then start them for long time work

2) If I choose file on disk pls, auto-choose output folder as parental folder for my file.

3) if you will use job-list from 1st saggestion - write all warnings only to the log - not screen with "Ok" button
