Console portion not closing properly

With version 1.8.1, the console portion of MakeMKV has returned to its old habit of not exiting when the GUI is closed on Windows. I've only ripped two disks so far with it, but each time I had to quit the GUI, then use the task manager to kill makemkvcon64.exe before I could load another disk to rip. Trying a third disk right now.

If you recall, this failure to exit was a problem in the 1.5, 1.6, and early 1.7 series, but had disappeared more recently.

What will you need, Mike, to track this down?

Some additional detail. Ripped 4 more disks. Had to kill the console portion between disks 1 & 2, the 2-3 transition worked, then had to kill the console to rip disk 4.

Definitely stepping back to 1.8.0 for the other 15 disks I will be ripping today!
