Error Scsi error-medium error

Hello,
I tried to back up James Bond - Never Say Never Again Blu ray and I am getting this error message:
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:1090' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00074.m2ts' at offset '7147880448'
I also tried to make MKV file and it failed again.
Any help is appreciated.

This is a hardware issue. Your drive is not able to read the disc.

Try cleaning it, if that doesn't work then exchange the disc for a new one.

I have Buffalo hd dvd/blu ray external disc drive. Can you please recommend a better drive?

It's probably the disc and not the drive. However I have the Plextor B310U and it works great.
