Hello
I downloaded the latest version.
At the first look it looks like a very well programmed program, easy to use.
I insert a Blue Ray disk into my external LG player.
Deep Sea 3D from IMAX protected with AACS v17.
The program analyzes it.
I start streaming.
I see the files mk2v appear on my LG television via network.
I start playback on the television.
The movie appears in 3D.
It runs 2 seconds, then hangs, 2 seconds more, then hangs, 2 seconds more, then hangs, and so on.
I don't know what is the reason for this hanging.
If I stream a 3D video (Avatar) from my harddisk via Nero Media Home to my TV there is absolutely no hanging.
And USB 2.0 should be fast enough to view HD videos.
So I suppose my CPU is too slow.
But the reason for my posting is not that playback is hanging.
I could live with the possibility to convert the video first to harddisk and play the mkv file with Nero Media Home.
The point is:
After playing a few minutes the application crashes completely.
See screenshot.
When I convert the same Bluray to harddisk it does not crash.
So it appears to be a bug in the Streaming Server.
It is really true that this application is still beta.
You should not charge money for it.
Elm?
