Locking source device when using multiple drives/instances of the program.

Post by timothypyro »

I'm currently using two seprate usb-dvd drives to speed up my my home video project. Whenever I load or unload a disc the source device randomly changes in each instance of the program. Is there a way to lock the source device per instance so I do not have to keep reseting it?

In MakeMKV's preferences, on the IO tab, check "Ask for single drive mode". Restart MakeMKV and it'll ask you which drive to lock that instance of MakeMKV to.
