I ran into something that I've never seen before, I had no trouble decrypting the disc but it constantly plays in a non-anamorphic widescreen in VLC and in Plex. The movie is a widescreen anamorphic which should fill the screen when you play it in the DVD player it plays like it's supposed to. I know this is probably something simple but if anybody could lead me to a solution I would appreciate it. And just as an FYI there's only one title listed when you decrypt it.
