Following Pete B's lead, I have sent the AACS 82 tgz dump for the 1985 album New Order - Low-life (Blu-Ray audio disc) to svq@makemkv.com. First one I've done, so hopefully you've got what you need. Thanks for all your efforts!
Update: I also used KeyDB Helper and was able to actually put the three discs into the public KeyDB; then I downloaded the updated keydb.cfg to where MakeMKV wanted it, and presto, I was able to work with the discs in MakeMKV! (And I was able to use KeyDB Helper in Parallels on an ARM Mac, so that was good to find out as well.)
